BOSArts is not yet a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, but we are actively pursuing 501(c)(3) status. In the meantime, we operate with nonprofit-level transparency. At every monthly board meeting, the board reviews:

BOSArts exists to uplift artists, celebrate creativity, and build a lasting bridge between the business community and the artistic community. Our long-term vision includes multi-disciplinary grant cycles, community exhibitions and showcases, local business partnerships, and opportunities for artists to expand their reach while remaining true to their craft.
