BOSArts is not currently organized as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
At this stage, BOSArts operates as a philanthropic initiative funded through promotional fees contributed by participating business owners. As our organization grows, we intend to pursue formal nonprofit status so that we may broaden our ability to support artists and expand our grant programs.

We encourage all participants, donors, and applicants to review our Financial Transparency & Fund Handling Statement, which explains how funds are collected, allocated, safeguarded, and reviewed to ensure integrity and accountability.

BOSArts is committed to honest, responsible, and transparent financial stewardship. While we are not yet a 501(c)(3), we voluntarily follow nonprofit-style best practices to ensure that contributions are used appropriately and in alignment with our mission to support artists.

1. Dedicated Grant Fund Accounts

All funds designated for artist grants are maintained separately from operational accounts to ensure clear and traceable allocation.

1. Clear Tracking & Reporting

We maintain detailed internal records of:

• Promotional fees received through Digital To Print Marketing, LLC, a preferred partner of Frintz^®

• Allocations to BOSArts grant programs

• Administrative and operational expenses

• Grant distributions

1. Periodic Internal Review

Financial records are periodically reviewed to verify accuracy and to ensure that funds are handled in accordance with our stated mission and commitments.

1. Transparency to Participants & Monthly Board Oversight

At each monthly board meeting, the BOSArts Board reviews a financial summary that includes:

• Total funds collected for grants

• Total grants awarded

• Administrative expenses for managing the program

This monthly review ensures ongoing visibility into the flow of funds and reinforces our commitment to transparency and responsible stewardship.
